NOTE: PLEASE SEE THE 11 VIDEOS OF OUTLAW —- POSTED ON YOUTUBE.COM, INCLUDING THE ONE SHOWING HOW BEAUTIFULLY HE BOWS………AND CRAWLING UNDER AND BETWEEN HIS LEGS, RIDING BACKWARDS, STANDING UP ON HIM, ALL KINDS OF TRICKS!! HE IS AN AMAZING TRAIL HORSE AS WELL AS A WONDERFUL FAMILY HORSE!!
Outlaw (12 yr. old – 14.3 -1/2 hands), is a beautiful horse in every way! He came from a family that has owned him since he was three years old! And he is very much loved! The reason they let Outlaw go is because of health issues. Dee is in her 60’s and has serious health issues, is very short,…..and needed a smaller horse. We sold Lucky (13.2-1/2) to her. She absolutely loves him! Dee taught Outlaw how to bow. He is amazing! And I want you to know,….that his name ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT match his personality and temperament! Far from it!!!!!! —- He is sweet, lovable, very obedient, – has been trained the very best!———————————————–We have videos crawling under him,…between his legs,…turning flips,….riding him backwards,….riding double, mounting from mounting block, – we have done everything to get his attention and he totally ignores us!! Outlaw is easy to do all things with…….and he has the smoothest ride!!! Dee told me he was awesomely smooth and he sure is!! He has a faster gait when called on and he still remains smooth!———————————————————–Outlaw will come down from his gait to a slow motion walk. He never pulls on the bit to go faster! He stops on voice command! And he will stop, stand, and wait for about 5 -10 min. Most of our horses, we train to stand still for 20 min. or more. We are working on this with Outlaw. He is very patient and the only thing negative that we can say about him is when he does get tired of standing in one place, he will do this little dance with his front feet. You just talk to him….pet him…..and he will listen.—————————————————————-Outlaw will back all the way down the driveway without throwing his head or hesitating. He steps very cautiously and slow when going down a hill or crossing a rough, rock ditch! He has been owned and ridden by a woman since they have owned him. They showed him in the pleasure classes when he was very young. The past years he has been trail ridden and is an awesome!!! Trail horse!! He does not spook. He is very much traffic broke, barking dogs nipping at heels broke,…tractor, mower, equipment broke,…..4-wheelers, cycles, sirens,……and we found out the 4th of July…..fireworks do not phase him!!!
Outlaw is very patient standing in crossties or when tied. He is playful…..funny…and is very curious!
